Product care

Caring for your Gold…

Beaded Pieces

Beaded bracelets and necklaces are strung on a wax covered cord or wire. We recommend that you have these pieces re-strung every 6-12 months and provide this service for free. We do not recommend that you bathe in these pieces.

Gold Plated

Your Gold Plated jewellery may need to be re-plated over time depending on wear.

Enhancing your Pippa Small piece…

Your jewellery should be cleaned using a soft toothbrush and chemical free soap.

Looking after delicate stones…

Foil Backed

Foil Backed Diamond pieces are delicate and require some care. We do not recommend you get them wet – especially fully submerged as this can damage the piece.

Opals

Opals are a sensitive stone and should be kept away from extreme temperatures. It is not recommended that you bathe in them. They love to be worn and take moisture from the skin to keep them beautiful and iridescent.

Repairs

If your Pippa small piece is in need of repair please email shop@pippasmall.com. It’s possible that it can take up to 12 weeks to mend depending on the type of repair.
